The Saturn
Q: Most tiki drinks feature rum, but the Saturn is gin-based. How does that set the Saturn apart in this menu?
A: Both the Saturn and the Saturn Landing (the frozen version) are made with gin, making them a little bit different. We use Bobby’s Gin with an exotic mix of lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon and coriander. This makes for a lemony, citrusy gin, not the typical dry London gin where juniper is the forward flavor. It’s a great option for travelers who don’t typically drink gin, and it’s one of our most popular cocktails.
