A: Our signature cocktail, the Bamboo Swizzle is very special in its presentation and recipe. It has lots of fresh mint, Buffalo Trace bourbon, and a woody spice from cinnamon. It’s both sweet and savory, and served in a special narrowed glass that’s broader up top, so you can swizzle the mint with lemon juice, soda water, crushed ice and angostura bitters. We top it with a lime wheel and mint sprig. It’s a really beautiful – and tasty – drink.
