Settle in at the cantilevered bar with the cocktail of your choice and enjoy what’s on the horizon—literally—whether it’s on the deep blue Caribbean waters or along the vibrant Mediterranean coast. Take in the sunset at least once as the colorful mosaic canopy over the bar comes alive at dusk, and we recommend trying the bar’s signature drink, The Perfect Vue: it has champagne, strawberry gin, Campari liqueur and orange juice. It looks like a sunset in a glass—fitting, right?
