Going on vacation is all about indulging in some rest and relaxation. But these spa treatments take R&R to the next level: Think four-hand massages, oxygen therapy, wine baths and more. See which one inspires you to book a trip.
La Thérapie Facial
This family of three facials incorporates advanced therapies like oxygen therapy, intra-red and ultra-violet light therapy, microdermabrasion and more. The luxe, 50-minute treatments target dry and dull skin, exfoliating the face and giving it a deep clean that enhances a youthful appearance.

Four-Hand Massage
And you thought an hour-long Swedish massage with one masseuse was enough to work out all those kinks. For this massage-to-end-all-massages, a pair of masseuses move in tandem — for 90 minutes — working their way from head to toe, where they end by focusing on each foot’s acupressure points to improve circulation.

Rainforest Caress
Why settle for just a massage or just a mask? This two-hour affair reads like a greatest-hits collection of its native Costa Rica, with a volcanic mud mask and volcanic mud body wrap, followed by a relaxing massage. Ask for it in an open-air bungalow to really complete the experience.

Thai Herbal Poultice
Originally used by Buddhist monks as part of their healing practices, this rejuvenating service gets its magic from a collection of herbs. Lemongrass, prai root, turmeric, and Kafir lime are wrapped in a muslin cloth to create the poultice, which is submerged in water and heated. A masseuse alternates between pressing the aromatic poultice into pressure points and employing a hands-on massage, healing, indeed.

Vinotherapy Bath
If you’re a wine lover, it doesn’t get much better than this: a 20-minute soak in a bath inspired by your favorite vino, whether it’s Pinot Noir, Chardonnay or Sparkling. Each soak has different benefits (antioxidants in the Pinot; gentle stimulation for sensitive skin in the Sparkling), but one thing’s for sure — you’ll definitely emerge relaxed (one glass of wine per person is included.)
