Perfect for the Whole Family
Christine: Midday, the tide went out and we were able to walk a couple of hundred yards out into the water. We saw beautiful wildlife, like birds, fish and starfish, and the kids loved playing in the ocean. Everywhere you looked there were the most stunning shades of blue and turquoise. Cody, my husband, even took a nap in the one inch of water! It was dreamy. I kept coming back to this idea that we were on this large island with about 3,400 other guests from our ship, yet it wasn’t crowded at all. The most we waited in line for any activity was five to 10 minutes. Much of the time, it felt like we had Perfect Day all to ourselves.
Pro tip: Even better naps can be had in the overwater cabanas at Coco Beach Club. The first of their kind in The Bahamas, they come with luxe amenities such as a dedicated cabana attendant, your choice of dishes from the private restaurant, a waterslide and an overwater hammock.
