Daredevil’s Peak
Christine: It’s the tallest waterslide in North America at 135 feet, so naturally, Daredevil’s Peak at Thrill Waterpark was what our family was most looking forward to leading up to the cruise. We heard about Thrill Waterpark, with its 13 slides, the Caribbean’s largest wave pool and a kid-friendly Adventure Pool, and couldn’t wait to try it all for ourselves.
Our kids kept looking up videos trying to see what was in store for them on Daredevil’s Peak—let me tell you, it did not disappoint! This was one of the biggest rushes we ever experienced.
Pro tip: There are more slides where those came from. On board Royal Caribbean ships like Wonder of the Seas, plunge down The Perfect Storm, a series of high-speed waterslides, and The Ultimate Abyss, the tallest slide at sea.
