Christ Church, Barbados
In Barbados, Caleb headed south from the port in Bridgetown to visit Christ Church parish, where he found outdoor vendors selling all sorts of wares and local produce—like coconuts by the truckload—along the main street. After taking a dip in the waters, he picked up a jug of fresh coconut water, some island-made rum and fresh pineapple juice to mix his very own cocktail on the beach.
